BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 154
ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR 2016 FOR BELLFLOWER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT IN THE COUNTY OF MC LEAN, STATE OF ILLINOIS, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING MAY 1, 2016, AND ENDING APRIL 30, 2017.
WHEREAS, there has been prepared in tentative form a Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for Bellflower Fire protection district, McLean County, Illinois, and the Secretary of said District has made the tentative Budget and Appropriation Ordinance conveniently available to public inspection at least thirty (30) days prior to the final action thereon; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held as to such Budget and Appropriation Ordinance on August 15th, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at the Fire Department Administration Building at Bellflower, Illinois, notice of which hearing was given by publication of a notice thereon in the Pantagraph. A newspaper of general circulation published within such District, and all other legal requirements have been complied with.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Trustees of Bellflower Fire Protection District, McLean County, Illinois, in lawful session as follows:
SECTION ONE: That the fiscal year of this District be and the same hereby is fixed and declared to be from the first day of May, 2016 to April 30th, 2017.
SECTION TWO: That the following Budget containing an estimate of all the receipts of said Fire Protection District and expenditures be and the same is hereby adopted as the Budget of this Fire Protection District for the said fiscal year and shall be in full force and effect from and after this date.
